Jon got the hatch (PMD's) correct and the location (Little Truckee)..but he experienced a good hatch/rise in 2012...but not comparable to the "hatch of '96'... which was 6 weeks long, predictable bugs and rising trout from 10 AM-4PM. there were numerous doble -digit days...But of course that was '96...with few anglers fishing the LT
