    JdJ & Chris...OK, this one is TOO simple; merely Goggle it. Nevertheless you're both correct; dam was completed in '62 and reservoir was filled in '63.

    PS...I was going to follow-up with how high is the dam and what is the maximum acre-feet pool.
    Is that info available in the Internet?

    Prosser Creek Dam is 163" high and the approximate capacity of the reservoir is 29,840AF
