If the river is a navigable - therefore public - river how can the DFG allow SFFC to plant fish as is rumored?
ReplyDeleteRich---Good question. The planting is not rumor. I do not know the answer other than to say...and I'm guessing...it is who you know in high places. Local, unfounded rumor is the club is connected to the White House; regardless who is there.
