I'm Alive!...#2

There seems to be a pattern here. My last "I'm Alive" post was 8/4/12. The duplicate excuse is that I've been REALLY busy guiding and conducting scheduled and private,
novice fly fishing clinics.

There has been very little time for personal fly fishing; let alone posting on this blog. Suffice it to say we are now in an early "dog days of summer" and soon (I hope) will provide a long post of commentary and images of what has occurred in the Truckee area....the last 5-plus weeks.

NOTE: Green Drakes have been present in the Truckee area since the first week of June!! As of yesterday they were still emerging on a local water...Unbelievable, fishable Green Drake fly angling for at least 6 weeks.
