Sign of the Times

Cuts and slices on fingers...the result of unhooking (not using hemos!) from the maws/sharp teeth of larger trout (20"-plus) brought to the net during the "second season" of Fall. It is the second time of year of the season when we encounter (...and anticipate) big trout; the first being before spring-time run-off. Guess what? I'll take the pain and temporary wounds...they'll heal.
